Registration
Is it necessary?
In order to make a purchase on the site, it is not necessary to be registered.
The difference between the registered and non-registered purchase process is that registered users can create a Wish List that can be useful as a kind of reminder.
How to register?
The registration process is simple:
• Click on “Registration” in the upper right corner of the page.
• Enter the required data in the listed sections.
• Click “Send”
• Your user login data will be sent to the email address you provided. When you visit our pages again, all you have to do is log in.
• You log in by pressing “Login” by entering your membership number and password that you received by email during registration.
Wishlist
How do I add products to my wishlist?
• By simply clicking on the “Add to Wish List” button located next to each item.
• By clicking on the Wish List button, you can access your wish list located within your user pages at any time and always have an overview of the items you have selected.
• If you like a product, but you’re not quite sure whether you want to buy it, add it to your wish list!
Do I have to buy products from my wish list?
You don’t have to! The wish list serves as a reminder. With it, you can see in one place the items that interest you and that you would like to buy.
Shopping
How do I buy?
• Select the items you want to buy. Next to each item is an “Add to Cart” button – click on it and the item will automatically be added to your cart.
• You can add items to the basket from your wishlist in the same way. At any time, by looking at the basket in the upper right corner of the screen, you can see how many items you have in the basket and what their total price is.
• When you have selected all the items you want to buy, click on the basket in the upper right corner of the screen and the Purchase Form will open.
You can choose the payment method:
– By card;
– Payment to the account;
– Cash on delivery (*only for Kosovo).
• Please review your order. If all the data is correct, click the “Confirm purchase” button.
• Titronstore informs its customers pre-contractually by email that contains the specification of the entire order, as well as a display of all purchase conditions immediately before the customer enters the ordering process, i.e. payments.
• Purchases of more than 50 euros you get free shipping. No additional discount applies to books on sale.
Payment methods
For buyers:
• Payment cards: If you choose payment cards, during the ordering process you will be automatically redirected to the NLB Bank website. On the NLB Bank portal, enter the following information: card number, name of the cardholder, card expiration date and CVV number. You may be asked to enter the type (brand) of the card. The bank checks your card and the availability of funds on the account and, if you have the conditions for payment, reserves funds on your current account in the value of the order amount. In case of successful booking, you will be automatically sent an email with all the details of your purchase order. Data from the payment card from your computer to the bank’s website is transferred in a protected form, using the SSL protocol, which is currently the most modern technology. Data security during payment is guaranteed by the Bank. The entire system is organized with the aim of maximum protection of your confidential data and represents the standard for online payments worldwide.
• Payment to the account: You pay money to our current account. After we register the payment, within 24 hours the books will be sent to you by courier service, and delivered in accordance with the delivery deadline. The deadline for payment is seven days.
• Cash on delivery: You receive the ordered items at your home address, and you pay the costs of the order to the courier.
NOTE:
Titronstore reserves the right that in some cases, due to possible technical problems, it may not be able to collect the ordered books by cash on delivery, but only by payment to the account. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
* If, after confirmation of your order, during packing we find that the item is damaged or inappropriate, and at the same time it was the last item in stock, we will not be able to make the delivery and the funds will be returned to you without delay, and at the latest within three days from termination.
** VAT is included in the cost price.
*** For buyers from abroad, additional customs clearance costs are possible according to local laws and price lists of the country to which the package is delivered, which is determined by the customs of the country to which the package is delivered.
**** By confirming the Terms of Use, the customer agrees to the delivery of the fiscal invoice electronically.
Shipping methods and shipping costs
For buyers from Kosovo:
Delivery by courier service;
delivery costs: delivery costs are 2.00 euros.
For orders over 50 euros, delivery is free.
For buyers from abroad:
Delivery – International courier express delivery Post of Kosovo;
delivery costs: Post of Kosovo delivery costs are 9.80 euro.
Estimation of the deadline for the delivery of the goods
After sending the order to the online store, you can expect delivery in the following terms:
For buyers from Kosovo:
Deadline for delivery by courier service in the territory of the Republic of Kosovo is 3 to 5 working days.
For buyers from abroad:
DHL – Global Logistics and International Shipping
Preparation of an order for sending abroad takes up to 14 working days. The delivery term is valid from the moment of sending.
For orders from Europe, the recommended delivery time by DHL is 7 to 14 working days from the moment the courier service collects the orders, or 14 to 28 working days for the rest of the world.

NOTE:
* If the buyer from abroad refuses to pick up the ordered package, Titronstore bookstores will be forced to charge the buyer the total costs of transporting the package, while the rest of the money will be returned to the buyer.
** For orders from abroad that contain a large number of items – more than 10 – we reserve the right to extend the delivery period, about which customers will be informed.
Right to withdraw from the contract
According to the Law on Consumer Protection, purchasing through the website www.titronstore.com is considered distance selling. In the case of distance sales, the Law establishes the right of the customer to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day the product was delivered to him. When canceling, the customer may, or may not state the reasons for canceling.
In case of withdrawal from the contract, the buyer should send a notification by email to info@titronstore.com, as well as a completed contract withdrawal form, which can be downloaded here, and which you received with the order confirmation. The form/Declaration of withdrawal from the contract produces legal effect from the day it is sent to the merchant.
The buyer is obliged to return the product without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day he sent the cancellation form. After the expiration of 14 days from the day he sent the cancellation, the product can no longer be returned. The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods.
When returning the goods, the buyer is obliged to attach the invoice/delivery note.
In case of withdrawal from the contract, the customer has the right to a refund or exchange for another product. The trader is obliged to return to the consumer the amount paid by the buyer under the contract without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal, with the fact that the trader can postpone the refund until he receives the goods.
Upon receipt of the product, it will be determined whether the returned goods are undamaged. The buyer is solely responsible for the reduced value of the goods that occurs as a result of handling the goods in a way that is not adequate, i.e. exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. If it is determined that the defect was caused by the buyer’s fault, the refund will be refused and the goods will be returned to the buyer at his expense.
As a customer, you do not bear the costs arising from the cancellation of the contract, except for the postage costs arising from sending the goods to our address. On our part, we undertake that, immediately after receiving the goods that are returned based on the cancellation of the contract, we will refund the funds paid for the returned goods or send the item you want for a replacement.
Refunds
In case of cancellation of the purchase, Titronstore refunds funds within 14 days after receiving the cancellation form to the same account from which the payment was made or to another account specified by the customer in the cancellation form.
Claims conditions
If you want to make a complaint about an item you bought in a retail store, you must go to the retail store where you made the purchase with the fiscal coupon or other proof of purchase, as well as the item itself. In the store, you will receive detailed instructions and help with submitting a complaint.
If you bought the goods through the website:
Claims for damage during transport
It is very important that you immediately report any damage during transport, visible on the product packaging, to the courier who delivers the goods to you. If you notice such damage (torn parts and crushing), do not sign the receipt of the shipment or ask the courier to wait until you check whether the damage to the packaging caused damage to the product itself or the loss of parts. If the product is not damaged, and all parts are numbered, sign the receipt of the shipment. The buyer is obliged to report any damage during transport within 24 hours of receiving the goods to the email address: info@titronstore.com.
For orders from abroad, the deadline for filing a complaint is, according to DHL’s terms of business, the 30th day from the day the shipment is handed over for transport.
In the shortest possible time, and no later than within 8 days from the day of receiving the complaint in writing or electronically, we will respond to the reported complaint and inform you about the further action. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 15 days from the moment it is submitted.

Refunds
Titronstore guarantees the user a full refund in the event of an accepted complaint. Titronstore is obliged to make refunds exclusively via VISA and Maestro payment methods. Titronstore will contact the refund user directly, via e-mail, regarding the method of refund.
If the goods were paid for by cash on delivery, the money is returned exclusively to the current account – electronically.
